Insightdevops (“we”) respects the privacy of visitors and students. This policy explains how we handle personal information for our technical analysis training practice operating from 93 Reynolds Road, Lake Borumba, Queensland.

Information we collect

  • Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone if supplied)
  • Lesson preferences, charting experience notes, and message content from enquiry forms
  • Scheduling details for sessions you book
  • Limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Payment references processed through our invoicing methods (we do not store full card numbers on this website)

Why we collect it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver lessons, issue invoices, meet legal record-keeping duties, and — only with consent — understand aggregate site traffic.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no enrolment follows. Student enrolment and invoicing records are retained for seven years to meet Australian business record expectations, then securely deleted or anonymised where feasible. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s configuration, typically 14 months or less.

Your rights

You may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where we do not have a legal duty to retain it. Email info@insightdevops.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. We respond within a reasonable period and no later than 30 days in ordinary cases.

International transfers

Our website hosting or email providers may process data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle information with comparable care. By using the site you acknowledge that such transfers may happen.

Security

We use HTTPS for the public site and restrict access to student records to people who need them for teaching or administration. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents.

Children

Lessons are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
